A 9 Month (School Year) Program for Improving Life with Proven Tools and Techniques Rooted in Mindfulness
Fatigue, burnout, and exhaustion are all a real part of so many lives, especially when we are in a position of taking care of others, such as parents, educators, and health care workers.
You may be thinking, “If I just took better care of myself…”, BUT what does that even mean?
The truth of the matter is, self-care isn't a list of specific activities. True self-care and healing are about understanding how to integrate proven self-help techniques into your day-to-day life.
We know so much about the effects of trauma, stress, and anxiety. You’ve probably read all the books and attended all the trainings but were never really taught how to integrate those tools into your life and put that knowledge into action.
And the problem isn’t that you aren’t doing enough. You are doing so much that there is nothing left of you when you get home for yourself or your family. You need to say NO to some things, but you don’t know how. You need to say YES to more for you, but you don’t know how you could possibly fit that in.
I have created a solution because I have lived this. As a parent and educator (and people pleaser, overachiever, perfectionist, etc.), I burnt myself out too many times trying to do it all. I gave away so much of myself to everyone else that I had nothing left for me. In reality, I was doing them a disservice as well.
This program will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to reduce stress, put aside your inner critic, reduce feelings of burnout, increase self-awareness, understand emotions, sleep better and so much more! Once complete, you’ll realize how easy it is to integrate these self-help principles into your daily living and take control of life again.

Absolutely! I have curriculum guides as suggestions, but this is meant to be used in a way that works for you! Daily is the goal, but missing some days is 100% OK. We build up stamina in our practices so that they can cover us when life gets busy.
Not only will I reimburse you for your purchase, but also you will earn some cash for referring your school!

Yes, we have worked closely with a family and child therapist to ensure this program is trauma informed.
Yes, it sure can. The curriculum is another layer if you’d like to share these tools with kids & teens. Cool research tells us that having your own mindfulness practices can benefit those around you even if you never directly teach them!
Meet your trainer: Christy Langman
More about Christy:
I was born a teacher. I always loved to teach others. Naturally, I entered the teaching system, and taught special education, and was a reading specialist for 11 years.
I loved teaching and working with children, and I reached burnout while teaching more than once. My anxiety reached an all-time high. I was fueled by my accomplishments, so I kept putting myself deeper into my work. I was drowning.
I began to practice yoga and mindfulness. Not without much reluctance and a fight. I felt like I had no time, and seriously my racing mind HATED it. Slowing down my mind was much needed, and also SUPER uncomfortable.
However, after each session, I would feel different. I felt lighter and at ease. I had clarity, I was much more patient and kinder with my family. I was a much happier person. Life didn’t feel like it was squashing me anymore. My husband was literally begging me to go to more mindfulness and yoga classes.
I now teach mindfulness to youth, educators, and parents because it has literally saved my life. My favorite part is helping people find ways to practice what work works best for them. There are so many ways to practice mindfulness!
Physical yoga and body movement practices of varying lengths for you to experiment and play around with. Find your faves!
