Mindful Movement Workshop: The Details
You keep hearing it’s important to address kids’ mental health, and your own, but how do you actually do that while also having nothing left to keep powering through?
How do we address mental health, and move forward with the tasks we need to complete in life?
We know you’ve heard it all (and maybe even have tried it all), so it can be hard to try one more thing….
We have a few research-based (and adult/child approved) tools that get to the root issue and help make working with children, and parenting, more sustainable.
Simple tools ready to implement with no extra preparation!
Tools that address big emotions and stress both in the body and the mind.
Mental Health tools that help children with:
Specifically 3 strategies that use movement and moving energy through the body
AND
3 strategies to that use techniques to calm the nervous system.
It’s a hands on workshop where you will both learn and practice these tools.
You will leave with everything you need to start implementing these tools. No extra prep needed.
The best part?
This workshop will be like no other workshop you have ever attended because it will also include an agenda and time that are nourishing and provide wellness opportunities for you.
You will experience:
✅ Time to relax and enjoy the tools yourself
✅ Time to practice
✅ Options to choose what works best for you
✅ Connection with others
✅ No extra work on your part after to start implementation
✅ You’ll leave feeling refreshed and not overwhelmed with what to do next.
